Terms of Subscription & Refund Policy

Subscription Activation

A subscription is considered active after successful purchase confirmation and receipt of payment confirmation by Loonari or the relevant platform.

Access to Premium features is granted for the paid subscription period, starting from successful activation unless otherwise specified.

Use may require a Loonari account, Apple ID, Google account, or another account used for purchase.

Automatic Renewal

If indicated, the subscription renews automatically until canceled by the user. By confirming purchase, the user agrees to periodic charges via the chosen payment method.

Charges are processed on the renewal date as specified by App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider. To avoid renewal, cancellation must be done before the renewal date.

Subscription Cancellation

The user may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; Premium access usually remains until the end of the paid period.

Deleting the app or account does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation must be done via App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider.

Refund Policy

Canceling automatic renewal does not trigger refunds for the current paid period.

Early termination refunds may be requested. For direct payments, refunds are calculated proportionally minus actual expenses. Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases follow platform rules.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be denied if the period expired or Premium access was fully used, except in cases of technical error or as required by law.

In case of technical error preventing access, the user may request restoration, extension, recalculation, or refund.
